Boosting Product Launch Engagement

Why did you adopt the Wildgoose technology? How do you use it? What were your objectives?

We adopted the Wildgoose platform to support an internal engagement activity for the launch of a new product at KCOM. The platform allowed us to create an interactive and engaging experience that encouraged team participation in a fun and informal way. Our objective was to generate excitement around the product launch and provide our colleagues with an innovative way to learn about its features while boosting internal collaboration.

What is the benefit of using the Wildgoose Platform for you and other users?

The Wildgoose platform makes engagement activities much more interactive and enjoyable. It encourages greater participation from colleagues who might not otherwise engage with traditional forms of communication. For us, it transformed a standard product launch into a dynamic experience, and the ease of use meant it was simple to set up and manage. It was also versatile enough to cater to different team sizes and could be easily tailored to meet our specific objectives.

How many times do you use/ envisage using the Wildgoose platform each month and for how many people?

While this was our first experience using Wildgoose, we can see the potential to use it for future engagement initiatives. Depending on the campaign or event, we envisage using the platform for regular knowledge retention activities, key quarterly activities, and engaging teams of up to 500 employees each time. The ability to scale for larger groups as needed is a huge benefit for us.

Overall, how would you summarise your experience with us?

Our experience with Wildgoose has been fantastic! The platform was intuitive, engaging, and brought a whole new level of energy to our internal product launch. It turned a standard internal communication into an interactive event that left a lasting impression on our team. We would highly recommend Wildgoose to any organisation looking to create memorable and effective engagement activities. I would personally like to thank Paul and Jonny for their patience in supporting our ideas, whilst providing their experience and know how to ensure it was a success.
