Can I use Wildgoose Studio to create indoor, outdoor, hybrid or remote solutions?

Yes, there are templates available to use for all of those scenarios. However, the LITE package will only give you access to create outdoor GPS activities, plus some simple indoor activities using templates. For access to all features, you will need to subscribe to PLUS.

Can I pay in any currency?

Yes, we can accept payments in USD, CAD and EUR. Other currencies to follow.

Can I experience the platform without creating a log-in?

No, we like to speak with you first before creating a temporary account that you can use to test the platform. Please book a demo with us.

What happens to all of my content at the end of my subscription if I don’t renew?

All game content is deleted 3 months after your subscription has ended.

Can I have an invoice to pay by bank transfer or do I have to pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay by bank transfer if you are paying in GBP or USD.

Do I have to experience the activity via my smartphone?

Yes, all of the activities need to be played via our Mobile Adventures app which is available on the iOS and Android stores. It is free to download and doesn’t require any complicated account details etc.
