Can I pay in any currency?

Yes, we can accept payments in USD, CAD and EUR. Other currencies to follow.

Can I experience the platform without creating a log-in?

Yes, we have set up MAKE to allow users to be able to experience it without creating an account. However, none of your work will save and you will not be able to experience an activity until you have created an account.

What happens to all of my games at the end of my subscription if I don’t renew?

All game content is deleted 3 months after your subscription has ended.

Can I have an invoice to pay by bank transfer or do I have to pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay by bank transfer if you are paying in GBP or USD.

Can I use MAKE to create indoor, outdoor, hybrid or remote solutions?

Yes, there are templates available to use for all of those scenarios.

Do I have to experience the activity via my smartphone?

Yes, all of the activities need to be played via our Mobile Adventures app which is available on the iOS and Android stores. It is free to download and doesn’t require any complicated account details etc.
