In which year(s) did you use the Wildgoose software?
2023 and 2024 and 2025
Why did you adopt the Wildgoose technology? How do you use it? What were your objectives?
Wildgoose allowed us to organize an introduction to the local area around our university campus for new students joining us in a fun and interactive way. Our objectives were to get the students socializing across courses, learn the local area and have a bit of fun along the way! Wildgoose was an incredible tool in helping us achieve our goals, with high student satisfaction rates with the activity during Welcome Week!
What is the benefit of using the Wildgoose Platform for you and other users?
"The benefit for us is how easy it is to organize such a large group activity where our students are potentially up to half a mile away from us at all times, especially where safety is potentially an issue, Wildgoose’s system allows us to send students out on their own to a new area in safe interactive way!
The introduction of the MAKE platform has significantly enhanced the ability to tweak, test and update quizzes, and to start to embed its use in a broader range of groups and activities."
How many times do you use/ envisage using the Wildgoose platform each month and for how many people?
Using the scavenger hunt section we can see ourselves using it twice a year, however with the new MAKE platform, the implementation into our work is limitless for increasing usage
Overall, how would you summarise your experience with us? We’d love to use this Testimonial on our website and in our social media posts.
"Overall our experience was fantastic, with incredible help from the guys at Wildgoose in implementing our scavenger hunt, and improving the fun factor with their own experiences whilst maintaining any learning objectives we are trying to achieve!
More recently we needed an activity for the Staff Xmas party and were able to turn around a high quality quiz in under an hour, using the integrated AI to get us 80% of the way there before we finessed a final outcome. Running the MAKE quiz worked brilliantly and provided a good hour's entertainment and participation, and then a simple way to curate and present back to all involved."
